Our private dog training sessions focused on pool acclimation are designed to help your dog feel comfortable and confident around water. These personalized sessions are perfect for dogs of all ages and are new to swimming, dock-diving or need to overcome a fear of water. Our trainers will gradually introduce your dog to the pool environment, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience. Through a series of tailored exercises, we help your dog build confidence, learn essential swimming skills, and develop a positive association with the water.
Cancellation Policy
Dog Tribe Booking Policy Welcome to Dog Tribe! We are excited to work with you and your canine companion. To ensure a smooth experience, please review our booking policy below: 1. Vaccinations and Health: - For the safety of all dogs and staff, all dogs must be up-to-date on their vaccinations and in good health. Proof of vaccinations is required at the time of your first session. - Dogs displaying signs of illness or contagious conditions will not be allowed to participate in training sessions or events. 2. Payment: - Payment is due at the time of scheduling your session or event. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and online payment methods. - Prices for our services are listed on our website. Please review the rates before booking. 3. Cancellations and Rescheduling: - We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will incur a $25.00 cancellation fee. - In the event of a no-show, the full session fee will be charged. 4. Refunds: - Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly if you have any concerns about your booking, and we will do our best to accommodate you. - Refunds will not be issued for missed sessions or late cancellations. 5. Arrival and Departure: - Please arrive on time for your scheduled session. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to accommodate other clients. - Ensure your dog is on a leash and under control when arriving and departing from our facility. 6. Behavior: - For the safety of all participants, dogs exhibiting aggressive behavior may be asked to leave. In such cases, no refunds will be issued for the session. 7. Liability: - Dog Tribe is not responsible for any injuries or illnesses that occur during training sessions or events. Owners are responsible for their dogs' behavior and any damages caused by their dogs. 8. Special Events: - For special events, additional policies and requirements may apply.
